Group Class Offerings
Location: All group classes are held at Just Dancing Studio, 236 Old Meramec Station Road.
Time: Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays and once per month on Sundays. Check the Events Calendar for specific dates and details.
Newcomer / Level I
This series is designed for dancers with little or no prior West Coast Swing experience. We start from the beginning and help you get comfortable moving before you know it.
Level II
This series is designed to expand your foundational knowledge of West Coast Swing. In this class, we explore more complex pattern work as well as deeper technical aspects of the dance.
Drills / Refinement
This is a technique-focused class centered on the finer details of West Coast Swing. Topics may include movement technique, connection, musicality, and concepts drawn from other dance styles. Occasionally this class may be taught by guest instructors.
Social Dance Skills
Offered on Sundays before Late Night Early, this class focuses on the skills that create great social dancing. Rather than drilling nitty-gritty technique, this class emphasizes communication, creativity, and partnership so your dances feel fun, expressive, and connected.
